**We charge a percentage of savings. Only after we look at your property and give it a thorough evaluation will we agree to represent you. If we decide to go forward with representation that means we have concluded that we can save you some amount on your taxes but there is no guarantee.  We risk time and effort for the 6-9 hours required to represent you in your protest with the anticipation of saving you tax dollars. Usually these savings continue for three years. We monitor your property tax for the next year to determine if your taxes should be further reduced.  We have seen review boards agree with our position and boards with concrete findings and lots of evidence disagree with our position. It is a very subjective process for the most part. We never know what is going to transpire.

We represent you before the County Appraisal District - refute their findings and present a well documented rebuttal to their information.
