Step 1 - Tax Reduction evaluation - With this request we will tell you if it is worth going forward with your protest.  This will tell you approximately what your tax savings should be. Then you will have a choice whether to (1) protest yourself, (2) use our full service protest or (3) do nothing

 

Step 2 - Protest by Owner Report - Use this report to present your case to the appraisal board yourself. "Protest by Owner".  You don't go to a gunfight with blanks in your gun, so don't go before the appraisal review board without the facts in your case.  Prepare your case and load your protest gun with bullets from this this report. A $79.00 One time fee for this report which is refundable if you choose for us to represent you before the County Appraisal District (CAD). See Sample Report

Step 3 - Appraised Tax Value Appeal before County Appraisal District (CAD). Use this method if you don't feel comfortable with the CAD "tax language" or want us to expertly present your case and rebuttals at the County Review Board. Binding Arbitration Appeal of the County Appraisal Review (Use this after you have been tuned down at your first appeal and still believe your taxable value is too high). If you used us to represent you we will also represent you in the arbitration process.
