Instructions for Completing the Signup Process
 
E-mail us to send you all the forms necessary to sign up.
Before we can continue with your protest, sign, and return the following forms for each of your properties. We will send them to your e-mail and they are signed on line through
DocuSign secure signature process.
 
Step #1 - Sign and submit Form 1:Appointment of Agent (Form from Texas Comptroller)   
We will send you all the documents necessary through E-Mail by DocuSign to begin your protest.
 
Step #2 - Sign and submit Form 2: Property Tax Consulting Agreement
We will send you all the documents necessary through E-Mail by DocuSign to begin your protest.
 
Return the forms by signing With DocuSign. It's easy, quick and secure. We will send you

Step #3 (Optional) Form 3 (Optional): Residential Property Information
 
If you filled out this extra information during the signup process, then you will need to sign and date at the bottom of this form.
 
After you have completed the forms, please return them to us using one of the following methods:  We transmit forms via e-mail by DocuSign. Everything is done securely on line.

We will process your protest request into our database within 2 hours upon receipt of your forms.
Protests can take several weeks to be scheduled and completed.
We will file your protest by May 31, 2009 if all forms are received by our office before the deadline.
